As a busy Holiday Club with over 1000 families registered and attendances of 150 children most days we were overwhelmed with the administrative work required to process bookings. After a busy summer 2015 we concluded that we urgently needed to find a suitable solution to reduce the increasing administrative time! After some research Ayrmer Software seemed to provide the only solution that was the best fit for our operation. After a trial of their CoB and participation in a remodelling of the system, we felt we were really feel in control of the booking system which has allowed us to offer a better service to our customers. The service offered by Ayrmer allowed us to customise the Customer interface to match our website and other School branding which was very important and gives customers a more seamless transfer to the booking system. We launched the system for the Summer holidays, our busiest holiday period and not an ideal time for introducing a new system. That said, the system has worked brilliantly, any teething problems were quickly and efficiently resolved through the Ayrmer Management Help System and if required Ayrmer staff were also incredibly helpful in problem solving with us. Two weeks to go before the holiday starts and the system has worked really well. Our bookings are already exceeding last years at this stage and I do feel this is directly as a result of the far more accessible and user friendly new system. More importantly the booking process requires minimal time from our administration team. Ayrmer CoB has been a great investment for our Extended Care provision. Not only has it saved time in reducing administration hours, it has also provided the opportunity to increase business and therefore increase our turnover.

Ayrmer developed an online booking and payment system for our after-school Clubs and Childcare and we were very happy with the services they provided. Our previous booking and payment systems were time consuming (excel spreadsheets, payment by cheque, etc) for us and for our students' parents. We asked Ayrmer Software to develop a new system that would optimise the booking and payment of our rapidly growing activities and Clubs' students. Ayrmer Softare were attentive to our needs and quickly sketched a proposal. We then worked together to determine how the finished system would work and they offered various options which was very helpful. During the project they were freely available and supportive of our needs and when the new system was launched Ayrmer Software were quick to respond to any fine tuning we requested. Our new custom-built system significantly reduced our administrative hours and costs and it is greatly appreciated by our students' parents. Ayrmer Software continue to be very supportive and their online technical support system is very helpful for requesting extra system functions or error solving. I don't know how we would have managed without the system Ayrmer Software built for us. Thank you so much!

We knew we would need a bespoke database for Devon Artsculture, as the monitoring involved for our funders is quite detailed, with very specific requirements. We approached Ayrmer Software amongst other providers to tender, and Ayrmer Software really stood out against the competition as actually being interested in what we were doing, and willing to take the time to find out more about our project. Being able to sit down with Ayrmer Software and talk through our needs was really valuable, and Charlie was able to interpret our requests into this database system that is really responsive to our needs. There was always someone at Ayrmer Software to offer support as we went through the initial start-up stages with the system, although it's an intuitive database so the additional work has really only been on tweaking and creating additions rather than needing support in using it. Now that we've been using the database for a couple of months, I can honestly say it's worth its weight in gold. The amount of time saved, as we no longer have to compile new reports constantly and search around trying to retrieve data from various spreadsheets, is incredible. I don't know what we'd do without it.

Ayrmer Software designed our web site about a year ago. The website, with its striking effective home page provides information through its various pages far better than any other advert could. Designed to be interactive with my customers, it has also proven to be very user friendly. The website has generated more work for the business than any other advertising method that we have used and seems to be the way forward in getting your message across.
