The sector is extremely aggressive with several major players and the sales team need to be able to provide a quotation as quickly as possible!

Ayrmer Software developed a bespoke software solution that enabled the sales team to generate complex quotations that are faxed, emailed or posted in minimal time. Most of Carrier Rentalxpress business is focused on hiring equipment and the quotations need to ensure the correct details and terms & conditions are supplied quickly and efficiently. HireMe was developed in 2004 and has enabled Carrier Rentalxpress to generate over four thousand quotations.
NRG Business Networks is a business networking organisation that operates across the South of England and the Midlands. The co-founders realised that the business needed to streamline there day-to-day operations so that they could focus on looking after their members.

We developed a booking system that allowed NRG Business Networks to reduce the back-end administration. This included handling bookings, payments, membership, seating plans for the lunches and much more. The system now looks after most of the back office functionality, including commission statements for area directors (franchisees), email marketing and membership renewal.
As a result the business has grown from four groups to over fifteen groups, operated by just four co-ordinators.
