Shirlaws (UK) Limited provide business coaching to businesses in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States of America. They wanted to provide subscription based services that enabled potential clients to start using some of their business models to help them prepare for growth. The primary driver for the system was to attract clients with a minimal investment, enabling Shirlaws to show case their value within a challenging economic climate.
Shirlaws (UK) Limited wanted to enable subscribers to access four of their core models; stages, functionality, capacity and capability via an intuitive user friendly interface that adhered to their global branding and reflected their passion for business.
Ayrmer Software worked closely with the Senior Management Team and have developed a portal that we are really proud of. The on-line application provides a rich user experience - utilising extended functionality via jQuery - that is more akin to traditional desktop applications.
The system allows the administration team access to the subscriptions and commissions (for coaches), whilst coaches can access their own dashboards and interact with their clients. Subscriptions are processed seamlessly via SagePay after the initial payment has been made during the sign up process.
The clients have a unique user interface that allows them access to their dashboard and the associated models.
Once the user has input their details, they can generate a quarterly report, enabling them to keep track of the business as it moves forward. The report is essentially the business logbook and is the reason why the system carries the name.
