We approach projects in much the same way an architect would. Just like in construction, building a house without an architect's input would be disastrous. We combine our creative imagination and analytical logic with an understanding of your needs that ensures the solution will match up to your expectations and be successful in the task it is designed for.
In order to reach this level of understanding we ask you to undertake a series of workshops (fixed fee) for capturing business requirements. In return we will provide you with a detailed specification that includes fixed costs and time-scales for the development work. This approach prevents delays and increased costs caused by misunderstanding of your needs.

It was felt that the development would need to go through a number of iterations and therefore working with a smaller software house would be both more flexible and cheaper. Having discussed the outline specification with a number of suppliers it was clear there was a considerable difference in perceived costs and time frames for the development.
