We have designed The Childcare on-line Booking (CoB) system to ensure schools, after school clubs and out of school provision providers can comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, when processing credit and debit cards payments through CoB.

So, what is PCI DSS?

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a proprietary information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. If you intend to take credit and debit card payments via our on-line after school club booking system your merchant bank will send you a PCI DSS questionnaire that you have to complete as part of the process. There isn't a standard questionnaire, but we're here to help a they'll ask for technical details about your over all security. Our priomary payment gateway - SagePay - is PCI DSS compliant (PCI DSS compliance certificate) and we've designed the software to ensure completing the questionnaire is child's play.
