We quietly launched the productised version of our after school booking system - Childcare on-line Booking (CoB) system - over the winter and are now working on the next version that will be launched in time for this summer.  Building on the success of our bespoke after school booking systems that has processed more than 250,000 bookings and generated more than £ 3,000,000 in revenue for our clients, the productised version enables a wide audience to take advantage of on-line bookings.

The next version will include:

• Bulletin board with parents user interface.

• Courses (linked sessions spread over a term or holiday).
• Extras associated with session; e.g. optional extras.
• Staff discounts.
• Configurable early booking discounts and late booking fees.
• Session age restrictions.
• Extend calendars to seven days a week.
• User defined payment types.
• Integration of WorldPay; current version supports SagePay.
• Improved user interface for reconciling childcare vouchers.
• Session cancellations.
• Extended reporting facility.
• Importing data from 3rd party systems like SIMS.
